* Edit a new effect, add a new line, and "take selection" crashes the desk no more.

* Leaving the opened Fixture Library by pushing directly the backup button
  crashes the desk no more.
  
* Changing the encoder grouping in edit setup crashes the desk no more. 

* Using fixturetypes with wrong 3d model crashes the desk no more. 

* Changing a fixturetype in an existing showfile, changes now also the default values 
  and channel sets.

   
   
Known bugs and limitations:

- Remote configuration of 2-Port Nodes via grandMA2 is shown right in the display
  of the nodes, but do not change the real output online. After resetting the 
  nodes (disconnect/connect mains) everything is working fine.
